Article review: corporate culture
This article looks at the various ways through which organisational culture can be changed. It also acknowledges the difficulty in changing an organization’s culture and goes on asserting that the culture of an organization constitutes various facets including set goals, peoples’ roles, organizational processes, different values and variant communication processes.
