Ford Motor Company is a good example of corporate ethics and is named as the world’s most ethical company by Ethisphere Institute in 2015. The company has established strong corporate policies and effective code of conducts, and it influences its employees to follow the rules and regulations in an appropriate manner. It has promoted the ethical corporate culture, and it increased the company’s reputation in the market. The company has made effective decisions that ensured governance and leadership in the organization. Ford has influenced innovation and educated employees to behave in an ethical manner. The ethical culture has influenced customer purchase decisions and has led to higher trust and loyalty among them . The company has ensured ethical practices in the organization’s culture, delivered effective training and education on legal and ethical risk areas, and conducts various legal risk assessments. The Corporate Compliance Office is a part of Ford’s office that ensured the effective compliance program. The leadership has played an important role in creating the corporate culture in the organization. The ethical behavior of the company’ Executive Chairman, Bill Ford has influenced other employees to act in a certain manner. Bill Ford has promoted highly standardized, transparent, and effective code of conduct in the organization and ensured right choices at the right time in right ways. The management is committed to conducting the business with honesty and fairly to serve customers, employees, and communities. The company has focused on diversity and discrimination at the workplace and created sound policies against violations. Ford has ensured no any discrimination against age, gender, color, religions, sexual orientation, disability, and others that increased trust among its employees. Ford has competitive and attractive compensations and benefits, and flexible working hours for its employees. The company has created effective policies for child labor and forced labor and promotes equal employment opportunities in the organization. The company has ensured health and safety at workplace and improved relationship with suppliers and dealers. It has increased motivation among its employees and increased their performances .

I learned about the word ethics and some other concepts during Week 1. I was aware about some basic ideas of ethics. I have learned some advanced aspects of ethics during the past eight weeks. I have found that ethics has a significant role in forming the organizational culture. I have read different sources about ethics that developed my views. I have understood the value of ethics in my daily life, society, and organizations. I have learned that ethics play an important role in the success of every organization, and its scope has been increased in the businesses. I have read different other sources of ethics that changed my views and increased my knowledge of ethical corporate culture. The ethical decision has improved organizations’ culture and improved employees’ behavior at the workplace. Leaders are responsible for creating the ethical corporate culture in organizations and direct others to achieve companies’ objectives. The code of ethics has a significant impact on every organization that addresses the corporate organizational responsibility to its employees and shareholders. Ethics has played an important in changing employees and organizations behavior. It brought the significant benefit and created an ethical business environment in organizations . It helps the companies to influences healthy and corporate culture that can attract more qualified employees to work in those organizations. Ethics has allowed managers to take the right decision for the growth of organizations. It helps to identify the different issues at the workplace and minimize those problems. I have increased my approach through reading the various source of ethics includes books, news, and articles. Overall, I found that it is important to develop an ethical corporate culture in every organization that will play an important in organizations success.
