This would mean that the team does not have to necessarily arrive at the optimal result of encouraging the company not to expand its chains in Europe. The team has to be flexible enough to take up a sub-optimal measure that includes some of the elements of their original project. One thing that is worthnoting is that the team representing the European firm might also have its own targets and objectives. This would mean that the team would not be will to give up some of the elements that they believe are pivotal in ensuring favorable competence of their current company. Therefore, if the team is going to see the conclusion of their project they have to understand that they do not have to necessary settle for the optimal object that they have. They should be prepared to give up some of the ideas that they might be having regarding the operation strategy of this European firm. Finally, the already existent chain stores in various countries in Europe have administrators. All these administrators should be involved in the decision making process because they understand the advantages the company derives by having these chains in other countries. This European chain might benefited from lower taxes in some European countries therefore being motivated to report most of its profits in host nations and not in its parent country.
