The information has helped me in a variety of ways. It has given me a tip of how the workplace setting can be compromising. This is based on the objections that I am likely to face from the current employees. The aspect will help shape how I would work once subjected into this environment. I will take every task as it comes. It will be my sole responsibility to learn from anyone around me. This is regardless of their personal status or occupation in the organization. Being good at what I undertake will also be significant to me. It will be a way of attaining recognition due to my efficiency.
I have also learnt the need for working in partnership. Once employed, I will put this in place so as to gain the trust of my colleagues. The aspect will help to propel me in higher positions, in the organization. It would be easier working with employees due to the relationship established.
