Problems, And Change
Humans have various beliefs and ideas regarding numerous things. Its about our perception and how we feel things in every other manner. Humans have a unique way to evaluate and assess each other. There are various ways through which we can assess our natural identity and our natural perception about each other. One of the most common modes of beliefs is how we think and judge about our fellow human beings (Santiago, 2011)
It is genrally believed that humans are kind and are of good nature and moral character. We have a natural tendency to help each other out and expect others to help us in time of need. We are socially inept and depend upon each other in some way or the other. We crave for kinship and develop a close sense of relationship with each other. We witness and administer a steady system of passion and love towards each other. As they say “Man is a social animal” and due to this fact we depend on our families and friends and at times cant even imagine to live without them. Unfortunately, there are a few self-created obstructions towards the strong bond which is formed among Human beings. One of them is the tendency to doubt each other’s intention and to have a lack of self belief upon each other. Trust is one of the important elements of a relation and lack of trust in any relation can easily break it.
I personally believe that the problem with human today is that we are excessively concerned towards our personal benefits and gains and we can easily break the rules of ethics and morality to achieve our goals. The global competition and the need to be at the best at whatever you do demands us to think of ourselves as the most superior beings in the world. Elements such as greed, lust and power have certainly added to the negative aspects of human nature and have turned humans into heartless and ruthless machines. It is also crucial to note that how do we treat each other and how do we want ourselves to be treated in a specific manner. Personal temperament could be a great mode of human utilitarian and is the best way to assess human morals. The sense of integrity is essential when assessing the human nature and how we perceive our natural ideas (Walk, 2012).
With the passage of time, humans are becoming selfish and self-centred and they can’t be blamed for this. The day to day increase in our necessities has propelled us to focus on our well-being and improvement and the concept of human ethics and morality has almost faded away from our daily lives. The most noticeable and dismal fact is that a great part of individuals either don't distinguish or don't want to give a second view. Only a small proportion of individuals recognize the need to care for each other and emphasize on ethics and morality. There is certainly a need to be a bit more concerned and having a caring attitude towards each other. I believe the lack of morality and human dignity is making us worse than animals and there is no sense of co operation among us.
