There exists exclusive difference between teachers who use behaviorist approach in contrast to teachers who use constructivist approach in class. The main difference lies on the style of teaching. For behaviorist inclined teachers, they usually depend on the environment around schools in deciding how they should handle students. In my view, these kinds of teachers do not aim at encouraging change for the condition of learning. They fear improving the status of education as they are bound by education. On the other hand, constructivist approach aims at improving the level of education among students. This approach extremely significant as it would be useful in developing or molding students to the kind of students they would like to become in future. Therefore, this form of teaching should be used at large in most education institutions. In my view, this form of education would give the true meaning of learning where teachers should aim at improving the standards of their students through informative education.
It is true that observations and evaluations are common elements in education. They are used far and wide in research as well as development of individuals. It is through these two elements that the need for education was found. As a teacher I would consistently conduct evaluation on my students. This would give proper understanding of the relevance of the level of education that the syllabus allows me to offer. It would also be a platform for me to understand whether I have been of any significance to students by offering this kind of education. As a teacher, there will massive lessons I would learn from this exercise. I will have proper platform of learning what I need to improve so that I may produce the best students in the world. I will have a chance to rectify on mistakes that I usually make in class. Therefore, evaluation needs to be incorporated in any form of education.
