Introduction
a) My first and most important strength is that am deliberative. This shows that am careful and very aware of the risks. I can easily access the risks and easily reduce them. I usually face life with a certain reserve in life. This implies that I can plan ahead in order to in order to define what is going to happen in future. Personal matters are really conserved and friends are selected cautiously.Another, strength is that am consistent. I don’t decide in any persons favor and hence I treat all people alike. Am always against people who get some special favors because of the connections one have. People should be subjected to same treatment without considering their status.Am very analytical in almost all aspects of life. I like challenging people in everything they do. I don’t always aim at destroying other people’s ideas but make them sound. Am very zealous to know why certain things happen and what their outcomes are. I usually take some aspects that are well known by people and make them seems very different since I see them at a different perspective.I also have strength of ideation since am always fascinated by ideas. Am always very happy when I discover reasons why some things happen. Am always striving to make connections and making new perspectives on some known challenges.
Whenever an idea is occurs to me, I feel a sense of energy in me. Some people say that am very smart. Strength is that is a good relater. am very good at making friend. Meeting new people is a very good issue to me since a can easily make them into friend around my usual friends. However, this strength usually pulls me towards people I already know. I derive pleasure from being around my common friends. This easily predisposes me to some danger since people can take advantage of me and misuse me. To me, real friendship is staying together and taking risks together.These traits are very instrumental in nurturing my professional and my personal life. The fact that am deliberative helps me especially in my professional life. The fact that I can plan for the future helps me to set realistic goals. These goals should be achievable and work had to achieve them. In this aspect, my goals are also kept secret to me. The fact that am analytical helps in making decisions. In my profession can serve all people without favor or being biased or consider persons status. In my personal life, I will treat all people around me equally. The ideation strength will help me greatly in research since I will be in a position to come up with new ideas. The zeal of knowing why things happen is very instrumental in formulating conclusions to real life situations because I will be certain of almost everything.
b) My main career goal is to complete the culinary art program and there after earn my ATA. It is very obvious that after a successful training, the next aspiration is to get a good job. I have an aspiration of securing a job at the offshore for a period of about five to ten years. The main aim here is to lay a good foundation for starting my own business. In starting a business, I will make sure that family members will be business owners and not workers in other peoples businesses. It is my greatest aspiration to start a nongovernmental organization that will create jobs for the very many jobless youths and make them very important people in the society.My strengths are going to play a big deal in achieving these career goals. The fact that I have an ideation character will help me bring new ideas to the business and hence explore profit making ideas which are to the success of the business. The deliberative aspect will help in setting things to achieve in future like creating the employment opportunities to the jobless youths. Consistency in the field of business is very vital. All customers are treated equally without favoring any even if they are close relatives. The fact that am analytical implies that am going to challenge why certain things happen. This will help if there are exams where I will have knowledge on why people pass exams.
c) My plans and dream before the next three years is to complete my culinary arts Programme and earn my ATA certificate. My passion to do a culinary course in college was enhanced by my passion for hospitality and tourism in the service industry. This was enhanced by my caring and passionate mother who was passionate for cooking. Despite it having a low roll annually in several colleges in the United States I chose out of passion.
This was enhanced by the quality education in the culinary sector. This is enhanced by the government to boost hospitalism and enhance quality tourism in the country. My next plan after graduation is to set plans for the next few years as I look for employment and lay a foundation for my future business. This is enhanced by the strengths and empowerment that characterize my healthy and successful thinking. Due to my deliberate nature and strength of my persona I am prepared to take risks and for future investment. The investment in culinary and hospitality is a big investment that requires heavy initial capital in the starting of a dream business that would me one of the tourist destinations in the region. This together with my dream for creating a job opportunity to the thousands of youths in the region who are nothing less than high school graduates and leavers who have the passion for hospitality.My strength as a consistent person will enhance my dream as an investor as I am endowed with life skills to balance and critically analyze the situation and the risks involved in the investments. This is enhanced by my prediction and firm believes in action compounded by my careful analysis of cost and worth and my practicability approach to real life situation in conjunction to what is learnt in class. This comprises life economics. The analytical nature of my personality and my curious nature to prove every claim or plan I have will boast my dream of achieving a millionaire status and start my own philanthropic firm. This is done by carefully analyzing the situation and content at hand and coming up with concrete findings based on research and careful market and economic analysis. This I believe will help transform my dream into a practicable reality instead of wishful thinking.My passion for culinary services will be aided by my dream to purchase a food truck and other culinary equipment in advance through savings and proper utilization of the savings by purchasing the equipment bit by bit thereby enhancing the set objectives. This will be enhanced by my implementation of the ideation into fruitful thinking my fascination by the world of ideas and the practicability approach to the idea. Due to this I would be able to enhance quality investment through proper purchase power saving equipment. This will help solve my problem as a job creator as well as cut costs involved in energy and maintenance of the equipment. This will also enhance increased employment opportunities for the young men who have the passion for culinary.
d) The achievement of all this is characterized by challenges that have to be overcome amicably. The current economic status is not practical to macro investors. Rent and other factors of production have risen recently to unimaginable levels. To overcome this concept of ideation and critical analysis is of essence in order to determine when it’s proper time to invest. This however will have to be accompanied by proper financial analysis and ripe time for investment in an economy characterized by crude capitalism. Other challenges involved are lack of starting capital and sometimes the inability to acquire credit as most small business do not usually have security to acquire credit. The net worth is also worrying but this will be sorted out by my critical and deep analysis compounded by my wide consultations and my approach to professionalism. Overcoming of challenges with a more practicable approach will be of utility in job creation and my future dream of starting a school of my own in order to enhance professionalism even at the lowest level of academic fulfillment even at high school level. My dream will go Unaccomplished if I do not make a contribution for my future family. My dream of starting for my family a house owned by them and relieves them of the burden of living in rental houses and for the future pride of my kids to be of having a place they can call home without the inconveniences and insecurity of living in rental flats.
