The article is all about management of stress and essence of forgiveness which help in the proper functioning of the mind among the college students. Furthermore the authors’ views of the various methods used to make analysis about the effectiveness of stress management methods and the results of the research undertaken in the 8 weeks, MBSR.
Stress affects most the college students in their studies. It is evident in their outcome of their performance in their academics. The article provides strategies that help in implementing the program. Most colleges have adopted the MBSR in their learning programs. Coping with stress have been identified as a crucial health tip on campus. The study analysis the prospective and randomized designs used to evaluate and check on the effects of the management. The findings on the meditation help with stress reduction. The physiological and psychological effects show the diverse effects and interventions among adults. The result shows the essence of the meditation process which brings changes in neurological and depicts an improved immune system.
The inferences made according to the study depict the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction, MBSR and the 8-point program, EPP methods. This program advocated for various elements which include non-sitting practices that enhanced the recovery of meditation or the calming of the mind, cultivation of attitudes, and drawing literature among the people that embrace the calm state of mind. The state of well being as demonstrated by the use of two programs stipulates that the stress reduction is nonsectarian, and often generate a broad cross-cultural interest.
