The original issue that center staged my research was oriented along the angles of how to come up with an effective teaching plan that shall facilitate great learning tactics in schools. In this regard, the issue had come of pertinent relevant was because most schools were manifested by instances that called for immediate attention. In this context, the issues that were circumscribed included; those that are oriented along instances of students underperforming in their studies. On the same note, it should be regarded that, schemes of teaching have been the most influencing instances that been used in criticizing schools while at the same time, honoring and appreciating schools. In this regard, the performance of students especially in schools that border our regional area has been on the front that can better be termed as wanting. I and a few individuals were selected so as to salvage our schools that are in the community in matters that pertain to the development of structures that are relevant in quenching up the instances that cripple schools and their teaching schemes. In fact, not all schools have a designed method that is extensively used in adjudicating on matters that relate to teaching. In these cases, instances that regard to teaching have been significant in matters that have crippled service delivery by teachers. In this context, the society in my regard has been under a situation that has been challenging to unveil. However, in as far as the issue is concerned, several instances have been put in place by our organization so as to adequately deal with the issue on harmonizing the teaching methods and instances in our institutions.
In the initial steps that were devised by the administration, it was decided that, all schools were to have the same syllabus identifying a similar interest in all the stakeholders concerned. As a matter of fact, it was envisaged by the administration that supported our ideologies that it would change the scenario that was manifested by lack of performance in our community high schools. In this first decision that we as a board that was responsible for all the solution to this instance, we did not put into consideration all the possible solutions that would possibly be used so as to get a solution to these crippling instances that had engulfed our education system in as far as high school education was concerned. In fact, it is true to denote that, we placed into consideration all the factors that concerned student lives in high schools and other community colleges that were manifested in our region. However, the solutions that all the schools should have a revised syllabus did not amount to a reasonable instance that called for attention because the schools had been established under objects that supported agendas that were not necessarily equal. For the sake of the deteriorating instances and circumstances that were counterpointed by the worsened situation that was manifested in the lack of a coherent way of addressing education and academic information, it came to our rude shock that our solution was not cogent enough to yield fruits that we earnestly anticipated. On the other hand, it is true to denote that, the schools had different resources hence a lacunae in terms of performance was still manifested. In the opinion of the consequential instances that followed our positions, we came to the realization that, some schools had students who were operating along parameters that were basing towards addressing disabled children and people with different forms of inabilities.
With regard to the rather lowly oriented results that our team found after we had earnestly deliberated on the issues that circumscribed upon devising the best solution for the purposes of coming up with the most preferred technique that can be used to solve the situation. We organized for a meeting that was attended by all stakeholders in as far as matters of education are concerned. In the meeting, we took regard of the fact that, not all students had equal capacities in terms of grasping academic concepts and words. On the other hand, we kept into consideration of the fact that delivery of work by teachers can be oriented along circumstances that may not be directly connected to a problem with the syllabus and the system used to adjudicate to academic matters.
