The leaders at Google Inc. have set good examples in this. According to Burke and Cooper (2009) an organization will require both performance and health resources (Burke, p176, 2009). According to Murphy & Enderle, 1995 the management therefore ensures that there is a good working environment and they set the ethical tone at the top of the organization and shape their formal and informal ethical culture.
