The first one can be conducted via the phone. For the second interview, candidates are roomed to respond to questions in efforts of evaluating their behaviors and knowledge about the company Gerhart, Hollenbeck, Noe, & Wright, 2009). Human Resource personnel then validates whether candidates impressed or were respectful to, perhaps people they did not expect could matter to them such as drivers. Open-mindedness and creativity interviews are done, probably using a sample newspaper mockup. Interaction observations are made by the recruiting panel when candidates are accompanied for lunch. Finally, nearly a tenth receives the after completing the above processes (Zappos.com Powered by Service). This actually seems to be an entire process of hiring fitting candidates.
