The general legal issues of cyber-crime are complex in nature and the enforcement of rules and regulations against fraud is a major problem for law enforcers.
Terrorism has embraced the use of cyber channels which has prompted more investments in the cyber units of law enforcers. The access to the dark web has promulgated the emergence of cults and terrorist groups that deal in illegal trade of firearms and kidnapping.
