The type of employee depends upon the nature of the job and work place. There are different types of employees in different work natures. Usually they are roughly categorized in the following belts.
- Achievers
- Agitators
- Negotiators
- Navigators
All of them can be present at the same time at the work place and the success depends on the collective efforts. .
A famous company named as “Forever 21” is one of those who have a very long working hours for employees. They recently refused to cut the timings. They are also struggling through the Obama Care and the rights of the workers. The type of employees they have are “Full-time Employee”. .
Marks and Spencer has full time as well as part-time employees. Not just that, they also hire the leased employees in many situations. A number of people are a part of the crew of M&S and they are doing remarkably wonderful.
If we talk about the cosmetic industry, Maybelline is one of the most famous companies. They have full time, part time, job share employees and employees with co-employees. The collective hard work of the workers is the testimony of the success of the Maybelline. .
In every sort of work, employees need to provide full information about them including the personal details. The research and study clearly shows that employees’ jobs cannot be replaced by the information system. This might affect the whole functioning and the operation of the business. The success of the company directly depends upon the employees who work for it and are determined to see it making waves and doing extra ordinary.
