HR-manager is a specialist whose main task is to provide an organization with qualified personnel capable of performing its functions in order to achieve the goals of the company. The position deals with the full cycle of work with personnel from labor market research and recruitment to retirement or dismissal. HR Manager develops a strategy concerning human resource management, human resources policy and planning personnel work; provides the required level of training for staff, analyzes, predicts and identifies the need for workers and specialists, maintains business ties with employment services, develops special guidelines for all workers etc.

Section 6: Job qualifications
Higher education in the relevant sphere with a major in Management. Previous experience in HR not less than two years is preferred.
Knowledge of psychology, pedagogy and labor legislation.
Basic knowledge of psychology and sociology.
Experience in the development of training systems and staff motivation.
Knowledge of personnel evaluation methods.
Ability to work with the information systems and databases for keeping relevant records concerning personnel;
Organizational skills, responsibility, interpersonal skills, self-confidence, tact, kindness, ability to handle stress, have well-developed speech, analytical skills.
