Prescribe:
It is prescribed that Mr. Host continue making his decisions in an inclusive manner as has been evident in the case study. The decision process at Hillside Middle School has been effective. Mr. Host has followed the right procedure for making the right decision with regard to the school and changes to the curriculum. It is evident that Mr. Host understands that the acceptance of his decision within the staff members and students is more important than its quality. Therefore he has involved them throughout the entire decision making process in order to ensure that they accept and relate to the decision that he has made. This was successful and the students and staff are positive about the suggested changes in the curriculum.
