He is also good in prioritizing, he usually list the things he need to do, arrange them and highlights things that are urgent so that he can work on them first. He does this so that he does not miss any tasks.
In addition, more than his individual performance, he knows how to collaborate with others. His communication skills are commendable because he not only communicates well, but also listens intently to the opinions of others. He knows how to voice out his concern in a professional manner and in return he is open to constructive criticism. In one instance, our boss gave feedback to his work and not all of the feedback was positive. But instead of looking at it in a bad light, he mentioned that he will use this as his motivation to work harder and improve. True to his words, he did the corrections and was able to come up with a noteworthy report. He is being respected for both his written and verbal communication skills. He can produce quality works because of his innovative thinking. He thinks outside the box, but always respects standards and protocol. He participates in meetings and dialogues because he believes in the value of a healthy discussion. He gives valuable suggestions that catch the attention of our supervisors because of how good it is.
As a well-rounded person, he is not only good in his work but can also offer more because of his talent.
He also knows how to separate personal matter from work. Like any other people, he also experiences setbacks and difficulties. However, you will never see it in him that he is affected. He will go to work on time and attempt to finish his task to the best of his abilities. He is good in controlling his emotions. He also handles his co-workers with great respect. He encourages participation especially in group discussion. He wants people to learn as much as they can during discussions. He knows the when people participate from discussion and the actual procedure; people will learn more and achieve more. In addition, he gives out valuable opinion towards other because he hopes that it will help them improve.
Moreover, he also handles both pressure and stress well. He knows how to present himself in front of different people. He is professional yet approachable making people want to be around him. He is always asking people for their opinion to ensure that what he is doing is right and at par with what is being expected. He accepts every learning opportunity that comes his way as a chance for growth. He is always open for new challenges that he deems will further develop him both as an individual and as a professional. He can offer more than his expertise. He can bring his signature brand of enthusiasm and dedication. Fitting in is not an issue for him because of his people-skills. He can easily blend in any department.
