This article primarily delves on the work-life integration of the today’s working women. The underlying problem attributed to work-life intergradation attributes to the family and enshrined social factors towards this process. Therefore, the traditional conflict of work-life integration still ensues into the modern world, where career is deemed as a potential barrier to women’s right to expression and a major obstacle to independence. Besides, this article deeply discusses frameworks that can be amicably applied to help women realize smoother work-life integration without necessarily experiencing consternations and being in conflicts with the social expectations. Thus, this author proposes a system that integrates both System Theory Framework with Kaleidoscope Career Model to enhance a fruitful work ethics between women and the society. An example of the model used refers to KCM, which explains the core differences between the careers of women and men, and it embodies three critical frameworks; authenticity, balance, and challenge (Tajlili, 2014). There several other models that explain the work-life integration between college women and the society, as well as their implications.
The use of Turnitin to my work had several implications to its quality and authenticity. From a very basic perspective, an academic work must be of impeccable quality in the context of grammar and originality. Therefore, the integration of work into Turnitin was a benchmark for enhancing confidence and authenticity of this work. For example, having less than 3% plagiarism rate showed that my work commanded a higher state of originality. Principally, the use of Turnitin enabled me to reorganize my work and rectify a few elements of non-original work. Besides, having my work on Turnitin enhanced the quality of work, and its integrity remained unquestionable in the overall academic realm and standardization. In a nutshell, the use of Turnitin was a measure for the originality of my work, and it juxtaposed confidence in the summaries as original. Thus, this platform served to enhance authenticity and credibility of my work, and as a further assurance of academic integrity.
