The Right Spring is an exceptionally beautiful Ballet. Inspired by the 1913 performance that incorporated Russian pagan iconography, Nijinsky creates a movement that combines both the logical and Frenzy of Stravinsky’s music. The right string was first composed Igor Stravinsky; the performance was written for Paris seasons Diaghilev's Ballets Ruses Company. Nicholas Roerich designed the 1913 stage and customs. The Ballet was performed may the 29th 1913. The piece was received with unusual sensation and is considered the most influential work of the 21st century.
Act 1. The Adoration of the Earth;
The Dance of spring begins. The old woman enters together with the girls from the river, and she begins to foretell the future as the girls initiate the dance of abductions. The girls are energetically jumping in an unbreakable next to a frozen old woman. As the girls stop dancing the old lady leaps vigorously twice. She quickly moves to the place people were, silently facing the ground, and her woo quick, energetic jumps revived everyone to dance.
People divide into three groups while still dancing sensationally. Another group kept their head facing down while the two groups dance towards each other as though under the leadership o. The dance becomes more harmonious between the groups.
The group facing the floor wakes to the prom and more girls come in to join the team. The dance becomes more systematic. Goes from hands in the head, facing heaven with hand stretched as though to ask something and to touch the ground as though to bless it.
The audience was outraged by the unique costumes, the energy of the dance and the thrilling music. The pagan rituals are not commonly performed, not at least in this scale. The audience list expected the color orientation and the almost magical music. While it had been almost a century when it was performed, the audience list expects a replication which such accuracy. The audience was amazed by the possibilities of art to recreate past events with high precision.
