Reflection Paper on Tribal leadership
David said that if people had t-shirts at this stage could read, "Life sucks" and what they utter with their mouths sustain this statement (Logan). No wonder with this information I was able to understand why most people hostile, in despair, and they group up to continue living in the unfair and violent world.
Apathetic Victim
Persons in this second stage are passively aggressive and antagonistic. Often they cross their arms in decisions. However, they hardly get interested enough to ignite any excitement. In fact, most of their laughter is resigned and sarcastic (Logan). According to me, they are the ineffective people in an organization.
Lone Warrior
Individuals in this stage believe that they have to win in life, which they assume that it is personal. Thus, people at this stage outthink and outwork their competitors at a personal level. Apparently, the mood generated from this environment is of the "lone warriors" (Logan). These individuals are in need of help from other people, but they argue that other people do not have the same skill or ambition like the one they have.
Tribal Pride
People at stage four believe that they are doing great, but in reality, they are not. Apparently, it is another group within the company (Logan).Their intention is to seek for their competitor, and their driving force in achieving this is their tribal leader. From my own standpoint, they are the most important people in an organization.
Innocent Wonderment
People at stage five believe that life is great (Logan). Their language spins around huge potential, and the way they will make history. Their intention is not to defeat their competitors' but to make a global influence and impact.
