There are many factors that influence the growth of law in many regions. They range from religion to ties they had with their colonial masters. In America, these factors are the same with most of the colonies in the world. However, the process that led to the beginning of rules and regulations in the United States started much earlier (White 92). This is because they severed their ties with their colonial masters earlier than others, and the process of being independent began immediately. The original inhabitants of the land had a way of living that was based on their cultural beliefs. This may have been the foundation of laws in the land, which played a part in influencing the forefathers of the land. This paper will look into the aspects that contributed to the establishment of law in the land.
The coming of religion, in many parts of the world, ensured that laws were followed to avoid any negative consequences. The Ten Commandments were fundamental in the spiritual growth of the people. Some of the laws the American people follow are based on some of the teachings in the Bible. The founding fathers of America based their lives and the lives of their people, on the basic principles of legal codes among the societies present (Federer 82). It was tantamount to do this, which assisted them to avert any civil wars that may have been eminent at the time.
In conclusion, it is vital to understand about America’s economic landscape. At the time, this landscape ensured that people worked together to achieve a common goal. Conservative individuals enabled the coming up of laws since they had a hand in raising the country’s economy. This means that, they had a large influence on the governing bodies present at the time. Many of the laws enabled people to realise most of their financial objectives, and the laws present protected the property they amassed. This led to the growth of the nation’s economy into the super power it is to this day (Levinkind, Elias & Stim 27).
