Personal responsibility is a fundamental element in ensuring that a person living condition which supports a healthy body status. This is the role an individual is entitled to own physical wellbeing. This condition is surrounded by many factors which include the manner or rather the kind of food diet one adapts and the commitments of person to ensure that they are fit and health. Personal responsibility improve the health condition of person since it play part in ensuring that all activities are in line with promoting a healthy body. The factors that are considered to affect a person health are either within or even outside the person’s capacity to control them. The factors can be fixed only if personal responsibility is practice in that particular environment. (Steinbrook, 2006)
Another way in which personal responsibility can influence the person’s health is through maintenance of a good sanitation and environment. A person’s health is influenced by the way he or she is responsible and concern with the kind on diet adapted and recommended. Physical practices, such as exercising is fundamental to wellbeing. Also one would have to regulate unhealthy food consumption and exercise regular thus influence and creating good grounds for a healthy body. As a result of personal responsibility, epidermal diseases and outbreaks have been eradicated since there less chances of infection for individual taking full responsibility of their health. Thus influencing creation of a smooth technique and mechanism to response to any outbreak and ensuring that there is adequate knowledge in circulation on how to maintain a healthy living on regard to being personally responsible of the body and factors affecting it. (Schulherr, 2008)
If personal responsibility is not practice in an adequate and effective manner, human health would be endanger to diseases and other health hazards. For instance not being responsible on putting a balanced diet would lead to malnutrition. This means that the body would be lacking necessary nutrients and the degree to fight diseases would be minimal. Principles of put on balance diet are essential since it prevent a person from weight gain since the body would be craving for supplements and foods. Irresponsible health practices would weakens the immune system of a person’s body thus exposing it to a variety of diseases. For example unbalance diet is commonly known to cause diabetes. It then calls for a person to take full responsibility of their health since the consequence s are critical and may lead to death. (Henningfeld, 2009)
Another major impacts brought by failure to observe personal responsibility is the complications of body organs and increase in the rates of death and socio problems. For instance in cases of lack of regular exercise expose an individual to chronic and serious health complications. Affected persons would not be able to manage their body mass and at the same time their weight thus developing and condition of being overweight or obese. It is at this point that one becomes premature morality thus in relation to ether physical or psychological. Irresponsibility in the human health is considered to be a contributor to the poor living conditions and poor economy since the active generation is weakened by the poor health condition thus becoming less productive and dormant. Diseases get an avenue to spread at a higher rate when they there failure of personal and collective responsibility in the society (Brown, 2009)
