Additional Questions
Answer 1
During the last days before the termination of the services I would like to discuss with the client about their struggles in achieving the goal, their experiences with our services, their views and opinions about our team and services, their future goals, etc. I would request the client to open up and share as much as possible with us about their experiences. Also, I would like to have the clients to give feedback to improve our services.
Answer 2
I would give utmost importance to the beliefs and cultural ethics of the client. The end of the services doesn’t mean the end of the cultural prosperity. So, in spite of the termination, the cultural grounds of the clients will be protected and respected.
Answer 3
Ethically, there may be doubts and questions about the quality of our services. There also might be some issues with the client satisfaction. But, I would guide my teams to handle all the issues patiently and give humble and rational explanations for each of them. There may be a few human errors during the course, but overall the journey to achieve the goals cannot be compromised.
Answer 4
When my friends are reviewing my assignment, I would like them to point out to them the following areas to give feedbacks:
- Quality of services provided.
- Reasons for client’ discharge.
