In modern society interest in the problems of leadership is growing substantially. This is because the problem of leadership is the key to achieve effective operation of the organization. It is impossible to effectively carry out the functions of planning, organizing, motivating and control if there is effective leadership and leaders who can encourage other workers to positively influence, and lead for other, thereby achieving a favorable end result. Worthy leaders who can ask the right direction to provide collective activity, to encourage people with dedication to work, are always needed in all sectors and spheres of life. Hence, I am not surprised with the fact that leadership is so widely studied and not everyone can become a leader of course.

Thank you, I really liked your post. I completely agree with you that leadership can occur in any situations and this is the reason why there are so many approaches to its studying. To my mind, it is also true that the abundance of research that exists surround this topic is definitely warranted. However, I would like to provide another point of view on the relationships with leader. You indicated that some people might be intimidated or threatened by leader, but I believe that it never happens with true leader. Such situation can occur with the manager or the boss, but I am certain that leader is someone who can make people follow and like him regardless their position in the society.
