The business is a result of a new business idea. It is an outsourcing firm that is intended to carry out supplies and travel services for important items within San Antonio. It is an idea that has developed after looking at the deficiency of travel and supply services within the San Antonio estates. We intend to form this organization on the basis of linkage with most shopping malls and the people who reside in San Antonio. We find the investment unique since the range of competition is insignificant. That is, there is little if no competition since the only competitor is the malls distribution services. We are however advantaged since we have ample knowledge about different remote streets of San Antonio. This means that if the residents of this particular area are in a position to embrace our idea, we may be in a position to fetch a good fraction of the market (Byrd 2013). We aim at making the core of San Antonio our strong hold before we can diversify our service to the rest of the estates and states. We have based our operations in the centre of San Antonio to ensure that we are easily accessible.
We have a very vibrant team of both female and male gender. Despite the fact that their level of education is not very high, they have the skill and are gifted in public relations. This means that we can handle different characters displayed by the clients we serve. Our opportunities lie within the high population and the number of able residents who can prefer the service (Byrd 2013). Our current challenge is the travelling vessels. We hope to hire vehicles for service before we accumulate finances to advance our clientele.

We target the residents of the city who prefer not to go queuing in the shopping malls. We make it easier for the people by taking orders from them and making shopping and travel services to them. Most young people who prefer to go queuing in other places rather than shopping malls and supermarkets. Being at the centre of the city, we are easily accessible. We are also going to take adverting precaution (Mullins 2006). This is going to be done via social media as well as the television adverts.
Competition
In Santiago, there are diversified services directed towards the public like distribution of parcels. This is done by different private firms as well as the operating government. However, services pertaining making shopping and carrying it to the clients is not very much infested. There are some individual initiatives that carry out the service. However, depending on the level of trust we intend to manifest with the occupants of San Antonio, we hope to make out in the market against our competitors.

Our firm is not good oriented but deals with provision services. First, we intend to situate our offices at a strategic location for easy access. This is in case the client wants to have a personal contact with our service men. However, we intend to create a website. It is through this website that we are going to have ample communication. However, security measures that include deposit for any order made will be considered as very vital in our endeavors. Secondly, payments will also be made through wire methods. This may be considered effective since we are going not only to link with the payment agencies but we are going to partner with them depending on the value of payments we will acquire.
On the issue of security, we will hire security personnel from security firms before we can actually be in a position to hire persons from the government security agencies. This depends on the history and the level of expansion our firm will acquire. For transport services, we will have cheap motor bikes to carry out the distribution of light commodities but vehicles for bulky and expensive commodities.
We intend to situate the office in one of the buildings in the central business district of San Antonio city. Using the little savings we have made, we can manage to rent from an effective building that is accessible and not in a very busy street. We also prefer the buildings that have a favorable architectural design that supports positioning of our offices. Besides having the office at the central business, the issue of security has to be put into consideration.

The investment on this kind of service is capital intensive. By so meaning, sources of capital have to be numerous.
