ECG is a rapid growing firm for IT, supply chain management, customer management and strategic consulting. In this regard, it is mandatory for the firm to have a proper code of conduct which is well defined that covers ethical and other compliance matters. As we desire to obtain responsible commercial prosperity, we will have to equilibrate these principles against each other, evermore mindful of our promise to the customers to forever achieve responsible commercial success. A proper code of conduct for the ECG firm includes three business gifts and six uses of company, client and supplier resources. Except with the written prior approval of the law department, a lot has been done to improve on the operation efficiency.
Company resources are meant to help employees achieve ERC business go9als. Misused or wasted company resources including employee’s time, is costly to all of us as a company and damages the financial and operational performance of ECG. We are all required to: - Avoid the use of company’s assets for personal gain. The use of other company’s resources such as those for communication is accepted but limited to the extent that it does not lead to any unreasonable cost and does not meddle with our business responsibilities. Respect and take care of ECGs assets and to ascertain that they are not damaged, lost or misappropriated in any way nor lent to others, sold, transferred without mandate or sanction.
