They support the uniqueness of employees and celebrate supporting crafters. For example, full-time employees are given a budget, to spend with Etsy crafters, to buy decorations for their office space. They are also encouraged to be personally creative, within the workspace.

It is very important, because they want to be creative and innovative, and to create a community where crafters and customers can come together. They feature ways to create this sense of community by allowing people to interact when they have common interests and share creative ideas.

It is highlighting user generated content, and the importance of sharing the personal via YouTube as social media, so mentioning the increased presence of paid-videos runs counter to the advertisements purposes.

There is greater availability of films before their release and before the release to DVD, through illegal websites. There is also less purchasing of DVD’s because movies can be streamed and stored electronically both cheaper and more rapidly.
Generally, yes, I think they are. YouTube videos are often marked for copyright violation and removed. Also, websites, like MovieTube which abuse rights are generally taken down quickly. Music is much more freely available without payment, through a number of sources.
For them to more actively partner with Google, YouTube, Amazon and other major brands to protect content, increase availability and distribution of digital films.
