Through the use of feedback forms and customer enquiry, the technical support team can be in a better position to collect data customers regarding the products and services they are offered. This will help them know which of the ways is best to produce the services and the quality of products offered by their competitors,
Employees are the most impart part of any organization. They can help build or destroy the organization. Through frequent meetings and employee feedback boxes, the employees can be given a chance to participate in the management of the organization through giving their own ideas and opinions.
