Part 2
What are the emotional intelligence effects of providing once a week mentoring for students at schools by teachers?
Introduction
Emotional intelligence in students pertains to the state of one being aware and in control of their natural emotions, which allows them to express themselves implicitly, amicably and be in control of interpersonal relationships in a mature and responsible manner (Dubois, Holloway & Valentine, 2002). Emotional intelligence is key to student retention in schools.
