The biggest challenge is to bring the private and public sector together in order to focus on the wellbeing of the people who are deprived from the basic healthcare needs. The integration is healthcare issues can be addressed in the under developed and remote areas. The integration between the non-profit, public and private sector prevails due to the differentiated views of the key personnel who represent these sectors and consider the solution of healthcare services to be implemented at a global level. However, the innovative ideas in the healthcare can be implemented from one region in order to determine their effectiveness. The biggest challenge resides in the development of innovative ideas because without the presentation of ideas, the intentions of healthcare institutions and social workers are not meaningful. The lack of integration between these sectors has reduced their ability to work in a collaborative manner, identify the gaps in healthcare and solve them in a proactive manner.
The feasibility and effectiveness of this idea is required to be shared with the global businesses and in order to do that, it is required that the campaign awareness program for the businesses should be initiated so that they can be enlightened about the role they can play in enhancing the wellbeing of the individuals. The global business conferences are required to be addressed by presenting the idea of energizing the cold chain. The global businesses can be involved in this idea on the basis of their Corporate Social Responsibility and hence, the global businesses can incorporate their resources and to engage in increasing the wellbeing of the society by integrating with the respective NGOs and healthcare organizations in a systematic manner.
