Executive Summary
In this report the technological as well as management activity of Engineering Industrial Products (hereinafter E.I.P.), specialist in the sphere of aluminum systems, located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is analyzed. The accent is put on the specific products and services which make E.I.P. different from those which are produced in the similar way by other legal entities on the market. The point is to define the main goal E.I.P. is to achieve in order to play sufficient role as a market player and develop the main goals in the aspects of human resources, risk, cost, time management.
Scope Management Plan
It is of great importance to find out what the project deals with. That is the way how scope management is defined: it is primarily concerned with the matters if defining and controlling what is and is not included in the project so as ensure that it will be implemented on time completing all the stages (Moustafaev, 2014). It is the target to work breakdown structure, project’s constraints, time management, cost and resource management, human resource management, risk management.
These steps will be made so as to provide the E.I.P. with strategic plan incorporating the following objectives: to broaden the sphere of influence of the company on other domestic economies, to introduce new frameless and swing doors which will be purchased by the domestic hotels, and to increase the level of social transactions between the company per se and the society.
It is believed that achievement of these goals will lead to the next deliverables: improvement of the quality of work by raising the level of skills of the employees, decreasing of the time needed for completion of the tasks ordered by the clients, and lowering the costs which are to be spent during the implementation of certain projects. It will also provide the E.I.P. with the possibility to engage more clients from the sphere of tourism to settle the contracts with the company.
Work Breakdown Structure
The project is built on the expectation that newly created department of the E.I.P. which will be responsible for the social activity of the company is an effective tool to sell the new product, namely frameless and swing doors.
The work package consisting in creation of lots of units of new product will belong to the department dealing with aluminum in the E.I.P. However, regarding the importance of the new good and responsibility for its success, there is a need for creation of a team which will include the specialists in this sphere. Those will be the professionals who will cover the design issues as well as engineering ones.
Organizational Tree
Such organizational structure will help to increase the probability of success of the product on the OAE market and its potential spread on the markets of the Middle East. It will also be the process of regular improvement of the first model in order to be able to respond to the changes introduced by other firms on the market.

Project Constraints
The implementation of the project of introduction of the new product on the market is limited in both time and resources. Regarding the issue of the deadline set by the client for the doors (in our case) to be delivered, it is necessary to be said that work package put on the newly created unit is to be done on time, since the whole success of the company depends on their work.
Additionally, the creation of frameless doors takes resources, moreover, both human and material resources. It takes time to organize the work of new team because of the new to find the specialists in this sphere as well as the wood is to be found for its realization.
Under the circumstances of dealing with the time-constrained project, it is necessary to remember that the main goal of its scheduling is to ensure that it is conducted on time and the total additional cost are minimized (Klein, 2000). Thus, the process of implementing the changes so as to prepare the new product on time should consist in proper scheduling of the activity of the appropriate department responsible for the production of the goods.

Human Resource Management
In order to improve the level of performance among the employees, the transformational model of leadership is to be applied. The previous way of thinking, when typical and not popular goods were created, has to be substituted into the creative one, when the leaders, previously appointed by the Board of Directors, stimulate and motivate the workers to do their best while creating new product. In order to demonstrate the newly created system of relations during the implementation of the project, the OBM chart is used.

Risk Management
The potential risks, which E.I.P could meet, are following: the market concurrency for selling of goods to hotels; disability to implement the project on time; absence of credible providers; low quality of the wood purchased.
Knowing that the project management has to be started with risk assessment activity, it should be noticed that these potential negative factors are to be eliminated by all the members of the stuff, who work on the project.
In order to avoid the factors discussed above, the appropriate functions and powers have to be given two the team of leaders responsible for the control over the project rules and adherence to the specific orders giving during their work.
Additionally, some of factors can be omitted, if the departments conduct effective policy of engaging as many people in the activity as they can, since it will, firstly, stimulate people work, and, secondly, in context of relations with the public, make more people interested in new product.
