Introduction
Basically, human systems in the world can be said to be a multidisciplinary approach which puts into consideration various aspects and evaluates them in the history of the world. It addresses the various changes that have taken place overtime that is social changes, economic changes, cultural changes as well as political changes (Jones, pg199). Evolution of human system can be categorised as either the pre modern systems or the modern system where various change can be seen to have taken place over time.
The rationale of this paper is to evaluate and analyse the different changes that have taken place in the human system. The paper shall evaluate and analyse the different changes that have taken place with regard to the pre modern human system and shall look into the economic evolution overtime, political evolution as well as social evolution. In the analysis the paper shall show how the change took place where change can be seen and where change have not taken place in the pre modern human systems. The analysis in the paper shall be with regard to some South Africa as the locations in the world.
Culture
In the pre modern human systems, the culture of the people was integral to them in that it was highly treasured and everything was done to ensure it was upheld. People sense of purpose as well as sense of purpose was expressed with regard to deities of some forms. That is with respect to many gods or a single god that they believed in. In the pre modern human system is believed to have created senses of individuality that was distinct in itself and the religion was highly upheld.
The religious leaders held high positions of power in that they were the intermediaries especially for the common person. The religious officials were the gate of the people when they wanted to gain some divine intervention in that they were believed to have the capacity to intervene on behalf of the masses (Jones, pg79). The tradition of the people was believed to be sacred in the pre modern human systems and could not change at all. The social order with regard to the culture of the people for instance ceremonies as well as morals in the culture were not compromised at all cost and had to be enforced strictly.
It is worth noting that the pre modern human systems have not changed over time in that the cultures of the people are highly observed and maintained. Traditions and the moral aspects in the culture are still observed as sacred and the ceremonies are still carried out. However the influence of the modern system have threatened the pre modern human system as they seek to erode them as civilised ways of carrying out things have been adopted (Sanderson, pg 72).
Economic
The economics of the pre modern human systems have undergone through evolution over time. it is worth noting that the economic systems as well as the economic activities have greatly changed over time. In the pre modern human systems, the economic activities of the people in the most place in the world for instant in south Africa was basically hunting and gathering (Sanderson, pg 75). The economic human systems of the human being s latter changed to farming where they cultivated crops and reared animals in the traditional ways.
Agriculture was done primarily for subsistence in that they wanted to feed themselves. Overtime significant evolution has taken place with respect to the economic activities in that there is division of labour where by people cultivate or engage in agricultural activities and produce the products that they are good at producing. This enabled the farmers to produce food beyond the amount that was previously produced for their families only.
History has it that economic activity for instance agriculture in the pre modern human systems were the backbone of civilisation. It is worth noting that division of labour that led to specialisation lead to growth of small towns and cities which latter lead to the complex societies as well as civilisation. Economic system is one of the areas that have largely evolved over time in the history of man and has lead to complex societies as well as civilisation.
Social
Evolution can be said to have taken place in the pre modern human systems with regard to the social structure of the human societies in south of Africa. Most of the communities who were largely hunters and gatherers had social ethos referred to as egalitarian where men known to be more powerful and influential compared to women in their societies (Jantsch, pg 113). Over time the social system have greatly evolved from their pre modern nature in that in their current form they are in hierarchies which are alpha male dominated. Over time the social systems have evolved and developed since human have refused to be dominated and therefore their kinship and social organization have developed in a great way.
With regard to division of labour, it is worth noting that labour was divided with regard to sexual orientations or gender where every person had their specific duties and were conceptualised with respect to the blood ideology. However with evolution, there have been people can carry out chore of other genders though in minorities (Jones, pg59).
Political
The political structure of the human system in the pre modern period has also undergone evolution and significant changes have been made. In the pre modern period, the political structure were skewed on gender line where men were had the powers with regard to political interests. The political structure of the human system was structured in the small unit was a clan and village elders were in charge of the community (Jantsch, pg 213). They played a significant role in conflict resolutions as well as ensure that the offenders in the societies were punished as well as ensured that the basic policies that the society observed were upheld for instance morals.
Over time the political system has greatly changed especially in South African communities and some changes can be observed. While men were the sole decision makers, overtime women have been allowed to give their contribution with regard to political governance of the communities. Women have been allowed to air their views during disciplinary cases and also take part in decision making which was a preserve of men for long. The political system which were basically simple have become complex as a result of civilisation and challenges are more.
Conclusion
In the paper, a critical analysis off the evolution of human systems has been carried out with respect to South African as our location. In the paper, different aspects with regard to evolution have been examined that is political, economic, social and cultural evolution. The paper has addressed to details how the evolution has taken place and show factors that lead to the changes addressed.
