Arabian Knight is used as a title by trio fictitious characters that appear in the comic books printed by Marvel Comics. Each of the trio is a superhero originating from Saudi Arabia.
In the thirteenth century, Qamar Abdul’s desert nomad antecedent was selected by magicians from the East in order to fight Magog and Gog. These are demons that are mustered up by Nephut-Sha, a sorcerer from Egypt. Following a lengthy conflict, the nomad enclosed the demons inside a mountain grave where he lost his magical arms. In present times, Qamar, as he was guiding Hassan Kareem, an archaeologist, to the grave, came across the marooned Dr. Banner Bruce. Qamar together with members of his family restored the health of Banner, although Kareem, who was a fanatic of anti-Israel, released the demons. As Banner confronted the demons, Qamar noticed the weapons of his ancestor and went into the battle as the Arabian Knight, finally burying Magog and Gog in the rubble of the tomb. When Qamar started to fight crime all over the Middle East, Sheik Abdul Hurani, a crime lord, had the warriors of crude oil against Qamar. Nevertheless, the curse of Water Wizard, the Ghost Rider, went after Hurani, and assisted Qamar in order to defeat both the Hurani's organization and Wizard(Marvel).
Thereafter, Qamar together with several other superheroes were pushed into participation in a champions’ contest that was carried on against Death itself by the cosmic Grandmaster. As Iron Man (Tony Stark), pawns of Death, Qamar, as well as the Israeli heroine Sabra who were pitted against She-Hulk acted by Jen Walters, Defensor and Captain Britain (Brian Braddock). Although Sabra and Qamar do not like each other, Qamar all the same helped her during combat. This resulted in Qamar winning the match after seizing the while the other players were distracted or defeated. Heroes of the earth were set free at the conclusion of the game. After several months, Qamar came together with the other heroes all over the world where they were repelling an all-out invasion through the extraterrestrial Dire Wraiths.
Qamar employed his magical weapons in a slender manner thereafter, devoted most of his tome spending with family and his business. However, when there was a demon that did beset his village, Qamar contended past a messenger coming from the Desert Gods, who was the supposed creators of the implements. This was in order to rescue his son from the possession, as well as in driving away the demon. This made Qamar an operative of the mysterious Pantheon. Qamar also penetrated the mercenary Desert Sword and was involved in fighting United States operatives Freedom Force. After this Qamar came across the mutated United States soldier known as Sandstorm, who deserted his crusade of anti-Arab after he was defeated by Qamar protecting him from hostile locals. There was a clash between Qamar and his superior Achilles on the lack of intervention by Pantheone and hence leaving the organization.
The other Arabian Knight was a warrior of Islamic religion who became the winner of the right to make use of the magical scimitar, armor, and carpet as a result of trial by combat. This Arabian Knight came out as a part of a global effort to attack Wakanda, and lost to the Storm as well as Black Panther.
The third Arabian Knight, Navid Hashim, performed for the first time in Union Jack of 2006. Different from the first two Arabian Knights, this knight wears modern military clothing and seems to possess wide combat experience. When Machine Man and Red Hulk got in Sharzhad, they came across Arabian Knight who guided them into the palace of Dagan Shah as well as to Sharzhad(CBS Interactive Inc). Once in the palace, Dagan Shah threw his disguise, disclosed his true individuality as the Magus Sultan, and confined Machine Man and Red Hulk since the actual Arabian Knight is shown to have been confined in a crystal. In the course of the fight between Machine Man and Red Hulk and Sultan Magus, the Arabian Knight got free and assisted in the battle against Magus Sultan, when he was able to cut off the arms of Sultan Magus. The Arabian Knight took a French leave at the end of the battle.
Qamar Abdul possessed the normal powers of a well, athletic person. He was an honorable hand-to-hand battler, and he was a surpassing swordsman. This was especially in the employment of the scimitar. He had three magical arms namely a golden scimitar giving out magical force beams, a magic carpet, as well as a belt controlled by the mind. All these items react, entirely, to the commands of his mind. He found out about his weapons that were belongings of an ancestor of the 13th century, in a tomb that was underground in the desert of Egypt. The belt and the magic carpet were made from a virtually perdurable material that resisted bullets and fire. The carpet allowed him to journey, flying, at high and speeds as the belt elongated magically to about 12 m in length, and could act as a weapon, or as a rope for climbing, or to catch as well as hold his enemies. On the other hand, the golden scimitar, would backlash against any other individual who tried to handle it, on top of being able to fire destructive blasts.
The second Arabian Knight possessed his own magic armor, a magical cavalry sword, as well as a magic carpet. He seemingly did not have anything to do with the third or first Knight; thus his armor carpet and magical scimitar’s origins are not yet to be explicated.
The third Arabian Knight disclosed that the Qamar Abdul’s flying carpet was untangled and that it was made of a perdurable uniform that reacted to what he thought. He still makes use of the magic scimitar and dresses in the red magic belt around his waistline. The uniform acts as body protective covering that defends him from injury and permits him to fly.
