Researchers have paid a particulate attention to the existing health problems related to type 2 diabetes mellitus. They have performed empirical, systematic, and integrative researches in order to evaluate the effects of variant A1C for the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Elderly patients with diabetes type 2 are affected by these variations as compared to the “normal” levels in 6 months. These effects range from the faulty record of A1C results to the complex disease, depression and stress factors leading to low results. This paper reviews the empirical, systematic, and integrative literature in order to avail information on its effects as perceived in elderly patients. It aims at evaluating the effects of low A1C as linked to treatment burdens, care benefits, deaths, depression, stress, other diseases, and family support among others.
Literature Review Table
In conclusion, low HBA1c level affects patients with T2DM due to such factors as depression, stress, treatment burden, new diseases, and complications as discussed in this paper. The patients should receive care services that meet their individual needs and study the diseases requirements in order to prevent faulty tests and treatment. Furthermore, the social life should be considered while addressing health benefits in order to gather evidence for future treatment models. Some other information availed through the credited articles reveal skills applicable within the health field in order to enhance treatment of T2DM. These studies should be evaluated for validity and applied in contemporary practices in order to enhance treatment and reduce mortalities connected to hypoglycemia in the elderly patients who are mostly affected by this problem. In this manner, the approaches to develop nursing and medicine will be reachable on knowledge development.
