Abstract
This paper will reflect the tools to teach better. It will reflect on the character of an efficient teacher. It will deliver on examples of becoming a literacy educator. It will also reflect over some of the advantages and disadvantages with and use of published schools reading programs.

The importance of providing a friendly and informative educational experience to the children will always shape their future. One of the methods is to make it better of the use of visual aid. The professor brings an example of the topic to the class of what the subject is teaching. Those things that don’t apply for this, there are pictures to give an impact of the teaching lesson.
The process of discussion could also used be as a method. Teachers can finds way to makes the discussions more understating. That way it will help engage students to students think critically and improve their self esteem.
The traits need to become a literacy educator that people like myself will follow are countless things. The real meaning is not the paycheck, but the success from the children faces when they learned the material. A good literacy educator will also have patience; kindness, open-minded and willing to work with the student; even outside office hours. A good literacy educator will ensure they have an electronic dictionary to ensure students understand the pronunciations of the words of literature.
That is why when being an effective teacher it will be easier to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of published school readings programs. A few examples of the disadvantages are teachers that are specialized; have no training, provides a negative view for children success, and does not provide the change of learning enough of the relevant subject matters. The benefits are student have to be expert with all fields of students, it will help students with learning disabilities to have a better learning experience and gives support for some teachers.
Teaching will always be a noble profession. There will be changes in the profession as society grows with the technology. Regardless, the importance of providing the kind and knowledge teacher will always be the same. With a good teacher that is willing to go the distance to teach and push their student, the price is priceless.
