Majority of the economically disadvantaged are composed of the persons with disabilities, the uninsured patients, the elderly and the homeless people. In order to help in catering for these individuals, the government need to establish strategic plans aimed at catering for this group. Funds need to be raised with combined efforts with the relevant health departments with proper analysis conducted to establish the amount of people to be catered for under these funds. It is clear that these efforts may not be enough in trying to aid this disadvantaged group (Humphreys, & Campbell, 2011). Education should be conducted on the need to access proper and basic medical are in order to improve the health the conditions of this particular group and to reduce the number of deaths through easy access to basic medical services. Mobile medical camps are also an effective way in ensuring that there is easy access to health services as illustrated in your article.

Hi Tmara
It has been made clear in different reports that the venerable population in any given country is composed of persons who live below the poverty level. This is because they have limited access to essential and quality medical care services (Brooker, & Waugh, 2013). The disadvantaged group in Colombia is composed of recent drug users who are living below the poverty level. The establishment of camps to help in aiding this venerable population is an effective method in ensuring that the they have access to adequate and quality medical services.

Hi Nancy
It is evident that despite the difference in location, the elderly and persons with disabilities are the majority of the economically disabled persons. Proper analysis needs to be conducted as established in your analysis to help in establishing the neediest person’s within a given society. In the situation stated in your argument, it is made clear that the homeless children compose of a majority of the economically disadvantaged persons within your state. Strategies need to be put to help in providing the needy children with basic needs as well as providing access to improve and quality health care provision (Payne, Seymour, & Ingleton, 2008). This will ensure that the economically disadvantaged persons are well looked after.

Hi Jennifer La
Education needs to be provided to the community regarding how they should treat persons with disability. The community should be made aware that persons with disabilities and other members of the minority group deserve equal chances compared to other members of the society (Spouse, Cox, & Cook, 2007). Educational groups need to be established to help in passing this message across. Members of the minority groups also need to be educated on their rights and how to boost their self-esteem. This is because; disability is not inability, and, therefore, they do deserve equal chances in the society.

Hi Renee
It is evident in your argument that there is a need for a community to accept and to help members of the minority group. This is because there is a need to recognize the minority as equal members of the community who deserve fair treatment like the rest despite their situation (McCarthy, Schafermeyer, & Plake, 2012).Your community’s effort to incorporate this idea has been a success based on the argument presented.

Hi Jamie
Providing help through forming organizations and events is a convenient way of bringing members of the minority groups together as well as other members of the society. This provides an opportunity to other members of the society to interact with them and help them in solving the challenges they may be encountering (Harvey, 2004). Through the efforts as elaborated in your article, it is made clear that such strategies are important in providing improved medical care services to the minority group as well as other services.
