Medical logistic company medlog is a company nine the North East region. The company provides both powered and non -powered that relieves therapeutic services to members of the United States army. Medical logistics support battalions to meet their unique requirements. Medicinal logistics incorporates the arranging and execution of all Class Viii supply uphold operations to incorporate medicinal materiel obtainment and conveyance, equipment maintenance and repair, optical manufacture and repair, blood management support, centralized management of the items of patients movement, , management of medical hazards, dissemination of medicinal gases, administration of medical infrastructure and medical facilities.
Brigade medical supply office (BMSO) also supports the army battalion. The mission of BMSO is to publish authoritative and timely army and logistic information of the policies, plans, procedures and programs for the benefit of the personnel of the army. It receives stores and issues critical medical equipment and supplies to the brigade combat team. This helps the army personnel to obtain information about medical logistics. BMSO links army personnel to the medical logistics. The purpose of this is to provide a medium for the exchange and distribution of logistics information and news and provide a forum through which creative, original and innovative logistics can be expressed.
Staffing
MEDLOG has several employees who are majorly from the army. It employs highly skilled medical personnel who help it in achieving its mission. It has many employees who are deployed to various battalions where their services are required. The overall overseer is a commander (United States, 2005). . A serious scrutiny is done before any one is employed and allowed to carry out activities on behalf of the company. It also trains its employees to improve their skills and service delivery. However, an employee loses their job if found to have violated the norms of the company.
BMSO has fewer employees as compared to medlog. It also trains its employees so as to meet the needs of the army in terms of medicinal serves. The merit of its employees is considered to be very important when BMSO is employing and dispatching its personnel to the places where their services are needed.

Medlog Company provides leading technology in wound care. Its support services fasten the rate at which patients recover and reduce the difficulties of patient immobility. As a result of this, patients heal very fast and effectively. They also provide any technical support that relates to their mission.
BMSO provides information to members of the public as well as medical attention. Logistical capabilities
MEDLOG has a logistic support platoon. The platoon ensures that the stock is received and stored in a good place and that the stock is in an issuable condition at all times while in storage. Before stock is received, a proper planning is done to locate stocks that will facilitate first in first out thus using the space effectively. Stock maintenance, disposition and segregation are also planned for (American Society for Healthcare Environmental Services, 2006). There is a section that receives and stores the stock while another section is responsible for shipment and stock control.
BMSO has information and communication software that are used in receiving and disseminating information. As information is received, it is passed on to the necessary agents who take appropriate action in regard to the information.
Maintenance
Medlog has active commanders and supervisors who actively engage in the maintenance of the operations which are within their scope. The commander has the responsibility of keeping a record of all the materials that have been dispatched. The commanders provide set goals, written emphasis, priorities and objectives to ensure deployable readiness. Personnel are also trained to improve their skills thus bettering the efficiency of Medlog Company. The managers use the resources available to accomplish the mission of the company in the most efficient way. They direct, plan, organize, controls and coordinate the resources so as to achieve the objective of the company. Supervisors ensure that the personnel perform their tasks in the most efficient manner.
BMSO has a management team that ensures that there is a clear maintenance of the organization to ensure that it continuously provides its services and continue surviving in the service section and ensures a proper cooperation between the organization and logisticians, clinicians and other providers of health care.
