All countries globally have different cultures that are different from other nations. Companies from different nationalities have distinct beliefs, values, and priorities. This paper discusses four different companies the Newfoundland Capital Organization, the Centre for Cross-Cultural Learning, Kwintessential, and Geert Hofstede organizations showing how different companies operate in the country in which they conduct their operations.
The Newfoundland group basis its operations on offering services of Intercultural Learning and the comprehension of Canada and its international trade.
