1. Introduction
The supreme construction Pvt Ltd is one of the leading companies in the field of construction. Our company has a lot of clients; we are in this business since 25 years. The government has assigned the construction projects to the CE enterprises. CE enterprises have to build an IT park near the capital city. Initially, we need to choose the geological area for construction work: we need to choose the soil type and water: We need to choose the resources and the depth of the water table and the building area. The size of the building is detailed below.
2. Contract Type
I will be acting as a “General Contractor” for CE Enterprises. Whether the new constructions or remodeling, the general contractor has to take the full responsibility. The GC will be more suitable for the CE enterprises need a contractor to take full responsibilities. The GC contract type will save the time and money of CE enterprises. Moreover, we will take care of all the process, such as fixing the labor, materials, etc. The owner has to provide with the complete information about the construction area. The owner has to provide issue dead line for the work completion. The time of completion should satisfy both the owner and the contractor. The compensation plans are given below. The actual payment should be reimbursed by the owner to me. The actual cost of construction should be refunded to the contractor. The restriction of the payments such as staff charges should be paid by the owner. The overnight wages should be paid to the workers. if the overnight workers are necessary, I will acknowledge to owner. If CE enterprises do not want the overtime work, then the overtime workers will not be placed. The CE enterprises are responsible for paying the taxes. The entire tax should be paid by the CE enterprises. If the CE enterprises dissatisfied with my work, then the owner have the right to cancel the contract. The owner has a lot of benefits in GC contract, as the GC will take the full responsibility; the owner can cancel the contract of a worker on dissatisfaction and the owner can fix the dead line for the work completion.
3.0 Hiring Subs
The subs will be hired based on the hourly work. The subs, like carpenters, plumbers, electrician, etc. The workers will be hired based on the hourly work. The subcontractors will be asked only to employ the required amount of the workers. The hourly charge will save the huge amount of money for the owner. The owner will be benefited largely.
4.0 Summary
The proposal speaks about the type of construction, cost, area, contracts, etc. The general contractors will be largely needed for this type of projects. The general contractor will take the full responsibilities on the construction work. If the owner is dissatisfied with my work, the owner can cancel the contract at any time. The subs will be hired based on the performance and previous experience. The required numbers of workers will be placed in the subs.
