Response to question 1.
Generally, the question is well answered. The answer given in the case is the correct answer. Disasters usually occur and their occurrence cannot be predicted. This is why there is a need to have complete continuity plans for businesses. The answer given is good in that it has even given good examples to illustrate the situations being discussed. The examples are the effect of hurricane on businesses that were on the coastal region but survived since they had branches on the mainland. Generally the answer is correct and well answered. However, the answer could have been better if a good introduction was made so that a reader can be aware of the question being responded to without the need to read the question.
Question 2.
Question two is well answered. The answers given are also correct. There are three questions in this case and both of them are well answered. Each question is snared in a paragraph and this makes it possible to distinguish the answer to each question. The answers are detailed and this shows that the person answering the question is well informed. However, the answers lack an introduction and a conclusion. An introduction should have been included so that the reader can grasp what is being addressed by the paper within the paper without the need to read the whole paper. In addition, a conclusion is necessary so to summarize the main points on the questions to ensure that the question is well addressed.
Question 3.
The answer I this case is well addressed. The answer is also correct. It is true that the recovery programs are important to the organizations. Therefore organizations should not be forced to have continuity plans but instead, they should see it as a responsibility for them to have the business continuity plans. An exam has been given about life insurance plans. The example gives the answer a support in that there is no need to press a person to do something that is advantageous to them. They should actually do it willingly. The answer is short and clear. However, it lacks an introduction and a conclusion. However, one easily becomes aware of what question is being addressed by reading the whole answer.
Question 4.
The question is well answered. The answer is also correct. The writer supports his/her argument by stating that businesses usually support each other and therefore they should be forced to have continuity plans. This is because the fact that when one organization is affected the others are affected, then there should be a way of ensuring that all businesses can survive even after disasters. Therefore the question is well supported. However, the answers are not straight to the point. It lacks a good introduction and a good conclusion. Therefore an individual reading the answer only cannot grasp the question being addressed. In addition, the major points cannot be observed in the introduction.
