Introduction
Organizations are meant to earn economic profit and become strategically prosper. There are basically two different types of organizations, which predominantly are profit organization and not for profit organization (Drucker, 2012). In this particular analysis, it is required to make not for profit organization in Sierra Leona country, which is a poor country as 62% of the total population of the country lives in the rural areas in which the transportation infrastructure is extremely poor as there are only 8% of the roads of highways is paved (Hopkins, 2012).
We are strategizing to provide free bicycle to the people lived specifically in this particular region because the poverty rate is so high in the country and nearly 50% of the people living below the poverty line. Re-Cycles promotes bike culture and sports for fund-raising and consciousness-raising especially in the region we are looking for. Due to this particular thing, people cannot afford any sort of method of transportation. Re-Cycles bicycle, could be some of productive assets which could potentially help out the people of Sierra Leona to have different sort of transportation (John Zietlow, 2011). With the help of this particular thing, students can get communicated with their schools perfectly which are around 10 miles away from the homes, with providing assistance to the farmers in carrying more goods for longer distance in short time period (Bryson, 2011). It also helps nurses who are intending to provide mosquito nets and drugs. It is certain that, Re-Cycle bicycles are effectively very-low-maintenance ‘beasts of burden’ for carrying economic goods and material necessities, and it also assist the small enterprises such as these ‘boda-boda’ taxi bikes.
The main perspective of this assignment is to make a social report which should have the tendency to demonstrate the things all along. This is basically a group project from which it is idealized that the people of the country could jump out from the severe poverty based problem in total. By communicating the current social need, we can assist the people of Sierra Leona in achieving some of their goals in total for their work life balance and other luxuries of their live.
