In the five factor model, I believe that I belong to the extroversion- introversion. This is because most of the characteristics that I possess whether when with my friends or when at work fall under this category. I am very talkative when with my friend. I do not like having many friends. Most of the times, I like being with my friend who we do a lot of things with. We play with him and even travel to anywhere we want. When together, we are very courageous and we can do great things together. We believe that nothing is impossible and therefore we will try doing anything even though difficult.
I am an introvert, which is a lower fashion of extraversion. This is especially so when I am at school and at work. In these places, I like being quite and do not participate in most of the social activities. However, it does not mean that I am shy in any way. I am not afraid of the social activities in these places but I just prefer being a lone and doing the work assigned to me.
I like creating attention at the work place. Specifically, I am result oriented and I usually compel others to perform their activities well. I always seek for promotion to be at leadership position. At school, I wanted to be leader so that I would influence others to do what I wanted done.
When in a group of many people, I usually find it difficult to address people. I always evaluate whatever I say before I say it to ensure that I do not hurt others. I do not actually enjoy the times I spend with a large group of people. I usually carefully evaluate a friend to ensure that he/she is trustworthy. I like watching at an activity first before doing it. This is to ensure that I do not do it in the wrong way. All these are features of an introvert.
