The growth and development of a company or an organization depends on the managerial strategies, plans and commitments of the staff to meet their goals, and in order therefore to achieve high levels of perfection in their works, the employee perception requires continuous change about the benefits that they might acquire when they tirelessly work to improve the organizations image. Despite the considerations that managers apply to change one self-image in their daily activities, people are different and the thinks that interest them are the ones that can change their perception, thus determining there actions. Therefore real changes in the organizational personnel require educational training for someone to be able to acquire the necessary skills required for certain kind of jobs.
Management development is the key factor of ensuring that a company achieves an excellent growth and it requires the managers to change their mind set, attitude and behaviors of how they perceive the organization to comply with its goals and objectives thus visualizing it as an enormous, prosperous and successful company. To be the change that you would like to see, the managers must first accept and implement necessary changes within their organizations by learning to examine themselves. Changes at the management stage come with challenges; high level of education, one must be relevant to the current technological development and experience that one must have to cope with his competitors improving the company’s returns.
Everything is possible but without belief nothing can be accomplished, so as to change. It is gradual and it takes time to develop and as a result therefore, change being a foundation for growth, the people involved must have a broad mind of thinking. The steps followed towards achieving it are; self-examination of what one needs to change, setting the goals to be accomplished. Therefore to be to change, one must his or her self expectation.
