I, (sender’s name), am writing this letter to kindly request that Juana Angelica Vincente Sibaja remain in the United States of America. I have known Mrs. Sibaja for (place number) years and I am aware that she has had several surgeries on the head due to a previous head injury. Therefore, as a result of this accident, she needs extensive medical care. This type of medical care she is unable to have access to in her own country. This type of medical assistance is costly and time –consuming there.
It would be devastating to be deported because of her medical condition, but also because of her 10 year old daughter, Govanna Noble, who needs her the most. This is because her daughter’s father, Alwayne Noble, died a couple years ago from cerebral hemorrhage. Alwayne Noble, the father of Mrs. Sibaja, was the bread winner and provider for the family. If Mrs. Sibaja is deported then her daughter will be left to fend for herself in the United States. Mrs. Sibaja will not allow her daughter, Govanna, to succumb to the dangers of living on her own without parental guidance. Mrs. Sibaja would like the chance to see her daughter continue her education so that she is able to graduate from high school. If it is possible, she would also like to send her daughter to college.
Please bear in mind that Mrs. Sibaja financially provides for her child and would like to continue to do so. Her daughter, Govanna, is not in the position to adequately provide and care for herself. Mrs. Sibaja is a very hardworking woman. She works several menial jobs even in her condition so that she can provide for her child.
I am appealing to you to kindly provide a path for her to become a permanent resident and/or citizen of the country. Mrs. Sibaja needs to get better so that she can continue to provide and care for her only child. She places a high priority on family and cannot bear the thought of leaving her young child in the care of protection services. Mrs. Sibaja is like any other parent who wants to see that her daughter is well-taken care of.
I have known Mrs. Sibaja for (place number) years, as I mentioned before, and I know that she is a person of good upstanding character. She has never been involved in organized crime or any related criminal activities. She does not abuse drugs or alcohol. She is very loving and cares deeply for her daughter. She is well-known in her community as being a person who is willing to help others if it is possible for her to do so. She is also generous to the point that she will share with others the very little that she has.
I thank you so much for your consideration of Mrs. Sibaja’s case. If you have any further questions, you can contact me at (place phone number right here) or e-mail me at (place e-mail address right here).
Best regards,
.
