We have all the information related to customers in one table so if we need to change anything we need to update in customer table. In our case, we needed to update one customer’s address
So, simply go to customer’s table and update the address

In our application, we created spreadsheet and access database. Both can save records and perform desired operation. When comparing both the Access work is easier and shorter then the excel sheet. The main entries are defined only once and we can update their information in very simple way. We also can run sql queries to get more perfect results
We create forms for user input so user can put all the information through a good interface and can view data with different angles using reports.

The competition is very high so in competition you need to track down the price list of your competitive parties and make you price low. Your quality of item also needs to be good so people can buy things from you. .
The bargaining power of suppliers increases because the relationship is compromised when they are capable of selecting a high amount of businesses that provide the same products and services.
When there is a high level of competition the bargaining power of buyers is increase because there are more options to find the same products.
In high competition the threat of substitute products is high and this will effect the relations with customers and suppliers
The threat of new entrants is high because individuals may substitute products by outsourcing the same or similar products and services, which lessens your energy.
