My evaluation is on cars. My criteria will involve the exterior, interior, style, driving pleasure and Mileage per Gallon (MPG). These criteria I have mentioned are all linked in that cars need specific designs or shapes like aerodynamics. Aerodynamics is a criterion which reduces noise, drag and stability. Aerodynamics also involves doubles safety, airbags, sensors and even cameras. This criterion is one of the most significant as far as vehicles are concerned. Next, the evaluation of the interior will involve examining the special features like comfortable seats with heating and cooling systems. The quality of material used also falls in this category. In addition, the interior must be spacious and have up-to-date technology. Style on the other hand is determined by the taste of the customer. This can either be by color, brand, size or even extra features. Evaluation of the criterion of driving pleasure will include examining the power and the suspension of the car. For instance, whether the steering is smooth or not, whether the breaks are quick and stable on the road or any other terrain and whether Break Horse Power (BHP), which is the actual horsepower generated from the engine to the wheels. It is very difficult to find a car that has all the above criteria. However, in very rare cases, it is possible. For example, it is possible to have a car with a high MPG and a big engine. Thus, this brings about a paradox. The more fuel gets used, the more a powerful engine uses less fuel. Yet, it is possible. It is also possible to have a light interior which is more or less equated to the price of its carbon price or leather. In a nutshell, this essay will evaluate BMW M6, Nissan 350z and Ford Mustang GT. These vehicles will be evaluated based on the above criteria.
My second evaluation will be about Nisan 350Z which sadly stopped production in 2008 but changed its name to Nissan 360Z (www.nissanusa.com). Its performance is good for its class with its six cylinder three point five litter engine and three hundred and thirty two horsepower. This of course gives you its full power at any RPM. Furthermore, the driving is special with precise handling and drifting and is capable of handling and braking both at an instant and slowly. Nevertheless, one unwanted feature is its low-grade interior materials and the steering wheel does not telescope. Meaning, it is less comfortable when adjusting the distance aspect of cruising. In addition, when the manual transmission is chosen, the clutch becomes stiff. Nonetheless, the interior is straight forward, with its aluminum finish and leather seats. The gauges are also of wider variety. This gives a top performance finish. And though it does not have a globe box, there is adequate space between the two seats. Yet another disadvantage of this vehicle is that it only carries two passengers. It is thus designed mainly for racing or drifting or even cruising (www.carsales.com.au/car/nissan/350z). My score for this car consequently is unsuccessful. It has more disadvantages than disadvantages.
My third and final evaluation is about Ford Mustang GT. It is a 5.0 Litter v8 beast with a strong horsepower of 402 and a very high torque. It is a truly American Muscle in which design and power really means something, thus making a difference. It has a sixteen gallon fuel tank which can take one an average distance of 270 miles. Moreover, it has an upgraded suspension and chassis. This makes riding it more comfortable especially when driving through corners and turns. Its interior is unique to its class with deep dish gauges, nice finished seats with leather finishing and space. The safety aspect of it is also okay. It has satiability control and antilock brakes with extra features like sensors and cameras. In addition, it can be turned off for maximum drifting performance, despite the noised vibrations which have nevertheless been improved as the newer models arrive. My score card is very simple. This car is powerful thus, a great success.
Three cars above are in many ways similar and in many ways different. The prices are different. However, their features are not related to their costs. If one criterion is used for evaluation, then all of them are successful. If only a few, then all of them are unsuccessful. As seen, all the vehicles don’t have all the criteria. In conclusion, the various aspects that have been mentioned state the overall performance. Yet the BMW wins the debate by meeting most of the standards of my category.
