If the company chooses to venture into Germany, it will need to change and accommodate the leadership style that is used in Germany. Some of the most prominent differences that the management of the company will need to adopt will be to be less compassionate with the workers and employees of the organization. On the contrary, the managers of the business will need to be keen on the performance of the company. The leadership style employed in Germany focuses more on results rather than the relations between employees.
