The renowned international entrepreneur, the late Steve Jobs, alongside his friends S. Wozniak and R. Wayne, founded it. The above is important for the purpose of establishing and maintaining competitive performance. Apple applies the Four P’s strategic planning technique for the above. In light of the above, it manufactures quality products. Additionally, it avails the products at the best places, at competitive prices and utilizes promotion campaigns to market its products (Kabilan, 2015).

Customer focus helps in maximizing the revenues of a company. In Apple Inc., the above strategy stands out perfectly in terms of the innovative drive by the company. The company focuses on making better and improved computers, Smartphones and other electronics that are commensurate with the developing needs of its customers (Evans, 2015).
Knowledge Management:
The above refers to the means by which an organization establishes, develops and shares its knowledge resources. As observed from the case of Apple Inc., the management has facilitated the above aspect by integrating it in production development. That is, the company uses knowledge management to bring innovative developments to its products, meanwhile enhancing their performance and the entire performance of the firm (Koenig, 2012).
