Introduction
The article entitled “Strategic Human Resource Management and its impact on organizational performance” was reviewed and it was seen that the researcher is trying to find out the possible relation between Human Resource Management (HRM) and organizational performance. Research revealed that there appear positive correlation between organizational performance and human resource management. Details of the review are discussed below.

The selected topic has both academic and practical application as organizations are in the lookout for ways to remain competitive in this highly globalized and competitive world. In the article, the role of HRM in bringing about competitive advantages that cannot be replicated by other firms have been substantiated. Inferences such as this make HRM to be integral for an organization in enhancing organizational performances and profitability. HRM also need to act in accordance with the strategic management activities in order to accomplish organizational objectives. Diverse benefits offered by strategic HRM through developing the work forces to needed levels of competencies, motivation, building skill sets, etc and the advantages gained by the organization has been identified and discussed in detail. Researcher reiterated the relevance of HRM in bringing about sustainable competitive advantage to organizations through its impact on organizational performances.
The results of the study seem to be in agreement with majority of the studies related to the subject matter, which indicates that positive correlation exists between HRM and organizational performance. This study proves that human resources are valuable assets of an organization that has the capability to provide competitiveness at organizational levels through proper integration between HRM activities and other disciples. The results of the study are in unison with the resource based view of the firm, which claims that the organizational performance and profitability can be bettered through appropriately investing in the right resources.
The article and its results are highly significant to me as studies such as this are useful in designing HRM policies and practices in accordance with organizational objectives. These studies provide the lead in to the future HRM activities and its influence at organizational levels.
Conclusion
Evaluations on the article revealed the importance of HRM in bringing about sustainable competitive advantages to the organizations. It is seen that effective HRM policies and practices could even positively influence financial performance and overall performance and productivity of organizations. Findings of the research study appear to be in agreement with the resource based view of the firm and other literatures related to the subject matter.
