Problem 1
Voting
In 2016, in the course of new presidential election, a voter will vote via the Internet. A voter should have either a National Tax Number or national identification number. A voter should have his national identification number together with his thumb impression. The online system will read a thumb impression with the aim of making sure there is no falsification, and one person is able to vote only once.
All members who participate in the presidential elections in 2016 will have to complete their election campaigns before October 13, 2016, five days prior the day when election takes place. It is prohibited for election partakers to perform the election campaign after October 13, 2016.
All members shall submit a list of expenditures on October 13, 2016 showing their financial expanses during the election campaign along with the credible report from an auditor. If somebody is not in a position to report on time, such an election partaker`s candidature will be suspended, and he will not participate in the elections.
Campaign by means of social media
All members shall ensure that their campaigning is over before October 13, 2016 on the social media. An election participant shall be sure that after that day any campaign via Facebook or other means of social media is over.
Senior voters
A senior voter or old-age voter, who cannot use computer, Facebook or finally, the Internet, they shall authorize someone to take a vote on their behalf. That is why such a person not having access to the Internet should contact the Electoral board and register his name and a name of an authorized person, as well as the name of an election candidate, providing that an authorized person should not abuse senior voter`s right to vote. This will ensure that the vote is given only for the previously chosen candidate.
Absentee voters
Absentee voters are those who previously were mailed a ballot so that the they could give their votes at the election. In the course of election in 2016, an absentee voter is not allowed to leave the absentee voting ballot and cast a vote for a candidate. Such a person is eligible to cast his vote, however only through Facebook through a special election window. Such a person shall not send any e-mail or a regular mail. He just goes to www.facebook.com and through the window of the election, he votes through Facebook (Central 2014).
Early polling
In the previous elections, the early voting was carried out through the postal services. Such an early voting was for a person thinking that he would not be in a position to attend an election, or for a person who could not take his vote before the Election day. In presidential elections in 2016, when someone feels that he or she will not be able to cast a vote on the election day, he can take his voice on the official website of election of via Facebook. At Facebook, such a person will be able to take his vote and any ballot paper is no longer needed, as well as any postal mail or an e-mail. Such a person simply needs to visit the Facebook Website and go to the 2016 presidential elections 2016 Web page and vote there (Election Law Research Guid, 2014).
Lack of computers or the Internet
A voter who does not have access to a desktop, laptop connected to the Internet will need to come to libraries at schools and various government buildings, where he will be assisted by a representative of the election commission, who will provide any sort of assistance and guidance to such a person, so that the latter can easily get access to Facebook and gladly vote there.
Preparation
• The government should ensure there will be no breakdown of the system all Election day long.
• The government should ensure the Internet connection is perfectly arranged and no cuts in electricity supply.
• The government should be responsible that there are well-qualified people in each area who will be doing everything in power that there will be no breakdown of the online system of voting.
• There shall be proper control of the Internet traffic meaning that any voter is able to cast a vote in a timely manner.
Assumptions
• Via Facebook, turnout at election will increase
• Via Facebook, chances of any sort of falsifications during an election will be minimized.
• Election via Facebook will be perceived as fair and effective elections.
• Ability to vote via the Internet will gain time for voters.
Problem 2
Information Security
According to the Information Security Law, a deliverer of services must protect the personal information of its customers and other parties concerned. Any personal and confidential information must be protected from unauthorized access so that any outsider cannot retrieve any personal information of parties concerned and customers. According to this Law, a service provider must process the data and information in a largely sophisticated manner with the aim of safeguarding the information.
Internet sale of prescription drugs and controlled substances
The Attorney General is responsible for providing to sale of prescription medication and other controlled substances by means of electronic commerce. Internet producer should provide a notion on the homepage of the company that these business operations are conducted in accordance with section 831c. The drug selling business shall mention in its website the company`s name and address, as well as its contact information and license presence. However, the Internet business cannot be started as long as it provides all the necessary information, which is required by sections 831, 832.
Information disclosure
According to section 798, nobody has the right to provide or disclose any personal information to any unauthorized body. An unauthorized body may be any person, any agency, any individual and any other person who has no direct relationship with this particular information. Service providers having the corresponding data are responsible for the protection of the data and they are prohibited to disclose any private information to third parties. If any service provider reveals private and confidential information and benefits from this disclosure that he will blamed for the violation of law. All provider`s advantages in terms of money or other valuable materials received by disclosure of private information will be confiscated. Provider`s all benefits will be confiscated by the regulatory authority and will be used to pay the forfeit of the side affected (University, 1992).
Identity theft
According to the Identity Theft Act, revealing or selling of private and personal information including addresses, telephone number and other private data would be considered as an identity theft. Moreover, this offers a big threat to people and passengers under the circumstance of accessing the information discussed by any criminal or unauthorized person. Any unauthorized person may misuse the personal information, which will harm people. Personal information loss is also considered as identity theft, because any person can abuse the identity of the passengers, when the information is received from an unauthorized source.
Preparation
• Anyone younger than the age of 24 is not allowed to buy and sell such drugs. These illicit drugs can be traded only to people of the age over 25 years.
• The person buying illegal drug must submit a copy of his National Identification Card to the seller, so that a service provider makes sure that he is not of the age less than 25 years.
• It is prohibited to sell drugs for students (Fish, 2013).
• Illegal drugs are produced and distributed from a particular place and cannot be traded in any other place not agreed previously with the authorities.
• Direct advertising of such drugs on television or newspaper cannot be performed.
• Passenger data can be provided exclusively to an expert.
• It shall be guaranteed that the data and information is not provided to any third party. If a passenger information is sold to any outside party, such a “seller” will be charged with penalties.
Assumptions
• Passenger information is assumed not to be sold to cyber criminals.
• Despite the fact that illicit drugs are harmful, such drugs are useful for some people.
• Such drugs could not harm society.
