Sofna College is a school that was started to educate the young men in the country primarily. It was mainly to educate the children of the diplomats and respected businesspeople in the society. The school was founded in early 1923. Samuel Stark, Dr Eleye Fearnly and Hilda Berents are among the core founders of the school. The school started in 1923 with a minuscule number of students. Sofna School had just 36 students during its commencement in1923. The school has been developing steadily and by the year 1950, the school had already registered 280 students.
